As Chief Marketing Officer, you will be responsible for crafting and executing a high-impact marketing strategy to elevate the visibility, utility, and adoption of the $IXS token. This executive role demands deep expertise in token ecosystems, Web3, blockchain, and institutional digital asset infrastructure, with a track record of strategic leadership and successful brand-building.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership:
- Define and lead the global marketing strategy for the $IXS token and the broader IXS ecosystem
- Align token marketing strategy with product, legal, and sales teams to drive ecosystem-wide adoption
Token Marketing:
- Build and manage targeted campaigns that create hype and shill the $IXS token
- Develop and execute a well-timed KOL cadence aligned with current crypto markets and trends
Brand Management:
- Oversee all brand assets and communication channels to push audiences to associate $IXS with $BTC.
Growth and Community:
- Drive user acquisition, $IXS token holders, engagement, and retention through content, social, community, and partner marketing
- Grow and nurture strategic relationships with exchanges, DAOs, DeFi protocols, and RWA communities
Partnerships and Ecosystem Development:
- Collaborate with tier-1 KOLs, communities, and partners to amplify the $IXS token hype
Analytics and Performance:
- Implement marketing analytics to measure token adoption metrics, campaign performance, and community growth
Qualifications
- 8+ years of marketing leadership experience, with at least 5 years in the Web3/Crypto/DeFi space.
- Proven success in driving the token growth and adoption of DeFi and Web3 platforms
- Deep understanding of tokenomics, liquidity pools, and decentralized exchanges
- Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working with or in institutional finance or fintech is highly desirable
