Social Media and Community Growth Coordinator

Key Responsibilities‍

Social Media Support:

• Schedule and publish content across LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Telegram, and Discord.
• Monitor social channels and help respond to questions or comments.
• Work with designers to coordinate visuals for posts and events.

Content Assistance :

• Assist with writing short-form content for posts and announcements.
• Help format/create newsletters, blog posts, and community updates.
• Research and compile topics or examples for campaign inspiration.
• Regular use of our AI tools to nurture and update the knowledge base in our custom spaces.

Campaign Coordination & Reporting :

• Update social media calendars and performance trackers.
• Extract insights from community behavior and performance analytics via AI dashboards (e.g., ChatGPT data interpretation).
• Help test new formats and tools for content creation (including AI).

What We’re Looking For

• At least 2 years of experience in marketing, content creation, or community support.
• Passion for Web3, crypto, fintech, or blockchain topics (or eagerness to learn fast) and AI.
• Solid writing and communication skills in English.
• Familiarity with platforms like Twitter, LinkedIn, Telegram, Discord.
• Proven ability to use AI tools like ChatGPT, Canva AI, Perplexity, etc.
• Self-starter with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
