IXS Joins the XDC Network Validator Set, Securing the Rails Its Tokenized RWAs Run On

IXS has taken a seat in the XDC Network validator set, operating a masternode that helps validate transactions and secure the chain. It now runs validation infrastructure for a network built for the issuance, settlement, and trading of tokenized real-world assets. IXS, a licensed tokenization platform for regulated real-world assets, is now helping secure the chain itself.

The validator set IXS joins is institutional. It includes Animoca Brands, BCW Group, Clearpool, Credora, Deutsche Telekom, GSR, HashKey Cloud, RedStone, Republic Crypto, SBI Holdings, stakeFi, SettleMint, Ubyx, and UOB Venture Management. Each operator strengthens the network underneath regulated RWA activity.

IXS operates a licensed tokenization platform that covers the full path of a regulated asset, from structured product issuance through primary distribution, secondary trading, and lifecycle management. Running a validator brings that institutional weight to the network layer. The goal is plain: grow the volume of compliant RWA activity settling on XDC.

XDC Network was built for trade finance and real-world asset settlement. It offers near-instant finality, near-zero gas fees, and ISO 20022 compatibility, the messaging standard institutional finance already runs on. IXS operates a regulated tokenization layer for that kind of activity. The platform is licensed under the Bahamas Digital Assets and Registered Exchanges (DARE) Act, giving issuers a path from asset structuring through to onchain settlement that holds up to regulatory scrutiny.

Julian Kwan, Co-Founder and CEO of IXS, said: "Our job is to make sure that when an issuer chooses to tokenize on XDC, the infrastructure underneath that decision is sound. We have been building RWA tokenization infrastructure on XDC Network since 2024, and becoming a master validator is a natural deepening of that work. That is how we build a tokenization stack that institutions can actually rely on, from the platform layer down to the network layer."

"What excites me about IXS joining the validator set is the full stack they bring. This is a platform that manages a regulated asset from structured issuance through distribution, trading, and lifecycle management. Having that institutional depth at the network layer will strengthen the foundation for compliant RWA activity on XDC. As more platforms like IXS operate at this level, the case for XDC as the settlement layer for regulated real-world assets will only grow stronger," says Atul Khekade, Co-Founder, XDC Network.
