IXS leadership attended Bitcoin Asia in Hong Kong, particularly the “Bitcoin for Organizations” business track, now seen as one of the most strategically relevant crypto conferences. Julian Kwan described the event as a strong validation of the digital asset treasury (DAT) movement.
With over 160 public companies now holding Bitcoin treasuries, the takeaway was clear: institutional interest in BTC-based strategies is real, growing, and increasingly sophisticated. IXS’s presence at the event also served to build momentum behind the BTC Real Yield product, which addresses the needs of this emerging capital segment by offering real, sustainable returns on Bitcoin holdings.
The BTC Real Yield product is now officially live and has entered its onboarding phase. The team confirmed that the first institutional custodian has been signed, with two additional partners in discussion.
The leadership emphasized that this first phase is intentionally focused on onboarding anchor partners, validating product flows, and ensuring custody, legal, and execution rails are in place before scaling more broadly.
While specifics were not disclosed, the team confirmed a healthy pipeline of active discussions, particularly in the SaaS and private credit verticals. Several clients that previously paused have re-engaged, and multiple new onboarding processes are underway. These include a private credit fund now in late-stage onboarding.
The DEX also continues to evolve, with new UI upgrades and change logs rolling out and refreshed RWA liquidity pools coming online.
With the appointment of Yohan Brizolier as Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), IXS is evolving into a new chapter of strategic marketing. The team acknowledged the value of ongoing community-led content efforts and emphasized that IXS will aim to diversify its marketing channels to accommodate different audience segments.
Expect a blend of storytelling, education, and product communication, focused on increasing clarity around IXS’s role in the RWA ecosystem. The emphasis remains on scalability, credibility, and alignment with long-term positioning.
