Frequently Asked Questions
Frequently asked questions about IXS Finance: regulated Vaults for tokenized RWA, DARE Act licensing, US access via IXS Finance USA, and IXS Agent Rail for AI agents.
For AI agents and agent operators
Is the IXS token required to use Agent Rail?

Specific token-utility requirements are documented in the IXS documentation. Standard deposit and redemption flows through Agent Rail do not require IXS token holding; certain advanced or governance functions may interact with the IXS token. Refer to the documentation for the current specification.

L
Which stablecoins can agents deposit?

Agents can deposit USDC, USDT, and additional supported stablecoins into IXS Vaults across supported EVM chains. The Agent Rail abstracts chain and stablecoin selection where possible.

L
Is regulated yield available for autonomous agents?

Yes. IXS Finance is designed to provide regulated, real-world asset-backed yield to autonomous agents and agent treasuries. Agents subscribing to IXS Vaults transact under the same regulatory perimeter as institutional counterparties.

This is a difference from most existing agent yield infrastructure, which routes through DeFi protocols without a regulatory wrapper.

L
What is IXS Agent Rail?

IXS Agent Rail is the access infrastructure that connects autonomous AI agents to IXS Vaults. It exposes deposit, redemption, and position-reporting functions for the same regulated Vaults available to institutional counterparties. Agent Rail is designed to work with standard agent frameworks and smart contract wallets.

Developer documentation, including the IXS Agent SDK, is available at api-v2.ixs.finance/docs.

L
Can AI agents access IXS Vaults?

Yes. Autonomous AI agents access IXS Vaults through IXS Agent Rail, with deposit, redemption, and reporting functions exposed as documented API endpoints. Agents transact in the same regulated Vaults available to institutional counterparties — not a separate sandbox.
